A "Netflix model" for a political party? That's called party membership dues, and it's quite common in many other democracies.

True. But Party membership in foreign countries is not as broad based as I would like to be here. Also Parties do not provide corresponding benefits in most of the rest of the world to make joining fun. If not broad based than party membership risks being an elite thing which might make it more problematic.

Or Party Membership might take the Chinese Party route where one needs to be a member to get a job and where "classes" to read Mao (and now Xi's) Book is part of your "training"

This is primarily about changing how much and how often you give money through Actblue. It simply does not change that much and it is not remotely designed that way. Could it be sure? but this is jumping to the conclusion that is similar one where if you have a knife one is preparing to cut a whole bunch of people instead of a nice streak.
