Today, I’m widening the lens a bit to pose a vexing and complicated question: How does one engage in a kind of criticism that impels those with the power to change actually to make necessary change without the criticism being seen by those in power as an attack on their very being thus rendering the critic outside the circle of people who will effectively be heard.
